Kelly joined Chemainus Family Eyecare in February 2004. Her experience in retail sales has been a huge asset to our practice. Kelly has lived in Chemainus for over 20 years with her husband and three children. Kelly shares our vision in educating the community of the importance of good vision and routine eye examinations. Kelly performs a variety of duties including reception pre-testing, dispensing, reception and assisting with your spectacle needs. Kelly says the satisfaction you feel when someone puts on there new glasses for the first time is very rewarding. Kimberley has recently joined the Chemainus Family Eyecare team. Her role includes reception, pretesting, visual field testing, and helping with all you eyewear needs.

Alisa started working for Trevor in 1999. She is a Licensed Optician and has been in the optical field since 1987 and brings tremendous experience and expertise to the office. As the office manager Alisa ensures that the staff is properly trained and educated and oversees the overall running of the office. Alisa and her husband and 2 children have lived in the community for 10 years. During the day Alisa can be found performing a variety of duties whether it is in the lab, in the dispensary, assisting the doctors, or meeting with sales reps. She loves to meet the patients needs, whether it be colored or disposable contacts lenses, new frames or sunglasses. Alisa attends yearly conferences or seminars to further upgrade in a constantly changing and growing field. Alisa is well liked by the staff and has a great sense of humor and keeps the office fun and enjoyable.

You may hear Jessica's voice reminding you of your upcoming eye health appointment, or you see her smile on your arrival in the office. Jessica is also excited to help you find that perfect pair of spectacles or teach you to insert, remove and care for your contact lenses.

Lauren comes to South Cowichan Eyecare with a background in marketing and customer service. She has lived in Cobble Hill since 1994 with her husband and three children. She joined Mill Bay Eyecare in 2001 and loves her job. She is very interested in learning about advanced technology especially regarding ocular diseases and enjoys the opportunity to share and educate her knowledge with patients. Lauren could be the technician in our lab who checked your lenses and edged them into your new frame. With patience and excellent customer service, Lauren is always ready to assist in adjusting current glasses, or helping you select a new updated look to suit your needs.

We are so excited that Lisa has returned to South Cowichan Eyecare where she continues to excel at selecting the solution to your eyewear needs. You may find Lisa edging your new lenses in our lab, or in the dispensary helping in the selection of that perfect frame.
